Sheng Bai

PhD student

Sheng is a first year PhD student in the LIINC Lab. His research will focus on brain-computer interfaces and virtual reality tasks. Sheng completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan with a background in hardware engineering before transitioning to computational engineering during his master's of science in Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University, where he conducted research on user preference and confidence prediction using gaze patterns. In his free time, Sheng enjoys reading science fiction, rock climbing, and photography.
